Garuda App (2020) besides digital mapping of polling
booths, helps the BLOs (Booth Level Officers) to promptly
capture changes in Forms like 6, 7 and 8A pertaining to
electors. It is particularly helpful during field verifications.
Supporting documents and photos can be uploaded in
digital form seamlessly over the App.
Candidate Nomination App (2020) allows the candidates
to file their nomination online, digitise their affidavits, and
deposit security amount online. The system generates
printable filled-in form supported by QR Code for easy
submission before Returning Officer. Once the application,
complete in every respect, is successfully submitted, the
applicant can track scrutiny status from a Suvidha
Candidate App or its portal at https://suvida.eci.gov.in/.
This App was a boon for elections during the pandemic.

The Observer App (2019) allows General, Police and
Expenditure Observers to file all their statutory reports,
keep track of complaints filed through cVIGIL App, know
the location of flying squads and call them in case of need.
Saksham-ECI App (2023) App, previously called PwD
App, for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) has several
additional features like Know Your Candidate, Booth
Locator, Grievance redressal, request for assistance at
the booth, request for pick and drop, audio/video on
accessible elections etc. The App is designed to facilitate
a citizen in PwD category to notify his/her PwD status,
update particulars and request for change of
constituency. On receiving the request, a Booth Level
Officer reaches the applicant's doorstep for delivery of
electoral service.
