Phase 1 April 11 Ninety One (91) Lok Sabha Cons tuencies across 20 states/UTs
decided the fate of 1279 candidates in 1,70,664 polling booths.
Electorate size over 140 million (14 cr, 20 lakh, 54 thousand)
Phase 2 April 18 Ninety Five (95) Lok Sabha Cons tuencies in 12 states and 1
UT decided the fate of 1611 candidates in 1,76,441 booths.
Electorate size over 150 million (15 cr, 52 lakh, 49 thousand)
Phase 3 April 23 One Hundred and Seventeen (117) Lok Sabha Cons tuencies
in 13 states and 2 UTs decided the fate of 1640 candidates in
2,10,770 polling booths.
Electorate size over 188 million (18 cr, 85 lakh)
Phase 4 April 29 Seventy One (71) Lok Sabha Cons tuencies across 9 states
decided the fate of 961 candidates in 1,40,852 polling booths.
Electorate size over 128 million (12 cr, 82 lakh)
Phase 5 May 6 Fi y (50) Lok Sabha Cons tuencies in 7 states decided the
fate of 674 candidates in 96,088 polling booths.

the fate of 979 candidates in 11,31, 67 polling sta ons.

Polling in Anantanag Parliament Cons tuency in Jammu & Kashmir was split into three
phases -III, IV and V.
Polling in Vellore Parliamentary Cons tuency in Tamil Nadu was deferred.
