l At the National level, the total percentage of electors in age cohorts 80 years & above was 1.87%.
l In the 18th General Elections to Lok Sabha 2024, the Commission focused on an array of initiatives to make the election more "inclusive, accessible
and participative".
l In a pathbreaking initiative for a Lok Sabha Election, the facility of home voting was provided for over 81 lakh 85+ aged voters & over 90 lakh Persons
with Disabilities (PwDs).
