l In Lok Sabha Elections -2024, the Voter turnout for Females was
65.78% and the Voter Turnout for Male was 65.55%. At national Level,
Female VTR (%) was of 0.23% more than the Male VTR (%). In 2019,
the difference was 0.17%.

l 20 States/ UTs witnessed a record of higher women voter turnout than
men in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, DNH and D&D, Goa,
Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Kerala, Ladakh, Lakshadweep,
Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Odisha, Puducherry, Sikkim, Tamil
Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal.
